Open Sundays during December 2016

We'll be open during the 3 first Sundays during December 10am - 4pm.
We expect these days to be more calm than the crazy Saturdays of this month, thus stop by if you want more physical or mental space to enjoy your coffee - or if you want to pick up a gift for yourself or others in a more stressless atmosphere :)

October 1, 2016: International Coffee Day

Saturday, October 1 is International Coffee Day and, like last year, we will donate all income from coffee drink sales on the day to International Women's Coffee Alliance. Put a mark in your calendar. On the day we will serve one espresso, one filter coffee and one Cascara tea - a coffee fruit infusion. The will be priced attractively so we hope you'll bring a friend or have an extra cup. All drinks will be served in 8oz paper cups, but can be enjoyed in the shop. The shop is open from 9am-4pm.

Please note that we will only serve hot drinks from this menu on Saturday, and that there will not be prepared food - a few grab and go items will be available.

Coffee Flower, Fruit and Bean

If you are curious about the aromas of coffee flower and coffee fruit, we can make you a delicious tea made from either of the two.

Danish Brewers Cup 2016

I had a blast at the Danish Brewers Cup 2016 event last week-end. It was my first time competing and I made a stupid disqualifying mistake, but had great fun never-the-less.
Dane Oliver of La Cabra Coffee Roasters in Aarhus won with a great presentation.

The problem as a spectator is that you don't get to taste the coffee the way it was brewed, but the always generous Dane Oliver gave me samples, which I cupped back in the shop - and I have no doubt that this fantastic Lactic Honey Processed Gesha coffee from LA PALMA & EL TUCAN must have knocked the socks off the judges.
Dane is a great coffee personality on the Danish coffee scene and a truely great person all together  -and with that presentation and that coffee, his win could not be more well deserved.

Go for it in Dublin, Dane!
