On the Espresso Menu: from Oct. 13

There was a change in plans last week. Monte Brisas (Costa Rica) needed more degassing time, so Finca La Escondida (Nicaragua) stepped in. It will stay in the grinder for a few more days before Monte Brisas takes the stage - probably from Friday.
For as long as supplies last, Kaiguri AA (Kenya) will take the "special espresso" space from the EK43 grinder.
