On the menu


Aarhus roaster La Cabra is well represented on the menu from Tuesday this week.
Shembati is an amazing bright and fruity coffee from Burundi. Think hibiscus and rasberry.
It is available as pour-over on Kalita Wave and and as "guest" espresso, prepared on the EK43 grinder.
Wednesday to Friday the Brazilian Fazenda Barbara pulped natural Catuai will be in the main espresso grinder.
